Having a good salary is important but not the only thing to feel satisfied when within an enterprise. On more than one occasion I happened to still earning well, the work environment, the deal between peers or how managers make their employees try to meet the objectives took me the desire to continue in this endeavor.
It is quite common to share a lot of work with people who live in a bad mood. You find them in meetings jackey vinson or in the cafeteria at the hour of rest.
