A week break from running behind me. Since the fall race last week I was running only once. Sunday, it should be a comfortable, flat round to relax without training plan or competitive pressure.
Unfortunately, there was nothing but kind. The right calf was still feeling kind of torn, and the left ankle volunteered as long gone ... It was thus a hobbling absolutely, I was traveling so slowly that it could hardly be described as running. And after four kilometers I had the coffee on and went back to the car.
The radiologist at the hospital del mar mud run had already told me that I have a separate tendon inflammation and thus probably del mar mud run only times "not on time" should run. After all, nothing was broken bone or the ligaments. The orthopedist can but I would say more.

Beautiful thing, but bearable - and if it helps ... can you remember quietly that what happened there! We will work out soon then exercises, del mar mud run and I hope that I can with regular training where can bring stability to my flukes that I will have no more problems del mar mud run in the long term. That I did not run this week, I was struck not so difficult. Wednesday we were giving blood, then I am already so tired and I remember some sports then also difficult to 1-2 days. you're running at home actually barefoot? I also such funny feet and I was advised, very much without running shoes. Since then I have slippers abolished and that gets really something! wish you a quick and lasting solution!
Yoo-hoo! I walk quite a bit barefoot at home. But here's just the time of year again where the well does not work so good ;-) But is a good tip, I try to consider this even more! Thank you! LG
Barefoot del mar mud run I think that's great. I'm always and everywhere where it just kind of goes. I have also since last year, so-called barefoot shoes and have slowly begun with a few hundred meters.
But the idea to work on your technique, I find it very good, because I have made it really good experience. The fact that I've started in the last year of zero has changed much for the better.
