On September 5, the same day they were published requirements for a helicopter training for the three Forces (click here to see an article on the subject), were also published in the Official Gazette the Joint Operational Requirements (ROC) for surface-to-air missile of medium height, also for the three Forces. The MINISTER OF DEFENCE, using the powers conferred upon him by subsection I of sole paragraph of art. 87 of the Federal Constitution, Decree No 6703 of 18 December 2008, and the provisions of Article XVII. 1 of Annex I of Decreton in 7364, to November 23, 2010, resolved:

The following requirements have been obtained by the consolidation of operational and technical characteristics common employment of the three armed forces, constant in their documentation guidelines and standards, after meetings coordinated by the Commission on Military Logistics (COMLOG), held at the Ministry of Defence in 2012.

8.3) Environmental Requirements
