Charlie arrive in Hong Kong, and he's looking for work. He is wise and loses all his money, he buys a rose of an old lady who will bring him happiness. And good luck getting him. After he rescues a gangster boss who later dies, he was appointed as the new boss of the gang. Charlie tries to get his subjects to be law-abiding, but it will not be easy. Charlie has a heart of gold, and when the old lady that sells him all the roses falling into a sorry situation, Charlie decides himself uss kentucky to help the old lady. But he must then resort uss kentucky to more gangster style to quiet this land.
With Miracles uss kentucky shows Jackie Chan that he is a very talented director. Let me say at once that this is not a typical Jackie Chan movie with lots of stunts and fights. Some stunts uss kentucky and some fights are there, but not many. Jackie Chan will show that he can handle different types of cameras in Miracles, and it succeeds with panache!
